4. House Tour - After you drive by the home, if you would like to see the inside of the house, contact us and we will set up an appointment for you. Please obtain the loan pre-qualification letter prior to viewing the interior of the houses.
   
   
5. Make an offer on a house - We provide you with all the sale comparables for similar houses in the area so you can make an intelligent offer.
